CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT EyC Construction Company, (CM) works with the Owner and the Architect from the beginning of design through completion of construction, applying knowledge of construction techniques, conditions and costs to the separate phases of a project, over and above the normal architectural and engineering services. During the Pre-construction Phase, the CM proposes construction alternatives to be studied by the construction team throughout the planning, and accurately predicts the effects of these CM monitors the development of the project to ensure that the targets for the project budget and schedule are not exceeded without the knowledge and concurrence of the Owner. During the Construction Phase, EyC Construction Company (CM) enters, still as a professional, into construction scheduling, managing procurement of material and supplies, coordinating work of all trade contractors, assuring conformance to design requirements, providing current cost and progress information as the work proceeds, and performing other construction-related services as required by the Owner. Space Planning Using the latest in-house CAD technology we can prepare design layouts in 2 and 3D to bring perspective to the clients need, also web cam follow up.
